I cannot stress enough just how important exercising is for your physical and mental health. There is something about moving your body and doing breath work together, that helps the mind-body connection.

The reality is in fact, that most people either can't afford a monthly gym membership on top of all their other bills, or most people don't even know where to begin at a gym. That's why I believe that working out in the comfort of your own home is a great alternative. There are equipments, tools, and apparatuses all around the standard home.
Disclaimer: Please use caution and be careful when working out at all. To prevent injuries, always stretch your muscles and warm them up at least 5-10 minutes before a work out.
At-Home Workout Alternatives - No equipment needed!
While it is recommended to get at least 150-300 minutes of moderately intense exercise throughout the week, or, 75-100 minutes of intensive exercising, it is probably more realistic for all the tired busy-bodies to do closer to 5-10 minutes a day. Which is also great!
The benefits of doing even small workouts at home, can help you in the long run. Small durational exercising daily, has been proven to help lower risk of cardiovascular disease, improve mood and sleep, as well as, decrease overall stress and anxiety.
